Water supply:water supply will be ensured by the Huayuan Town Water Works the daily supply capacity of which is 20,000T
Power supply: power will be supplied by the 35KV substation of the port through increase of power supplying capacity. 3 more 110kv substation will be built in the near future.
Water drainage: Rainwater and waste water will have separate drainage
Gas: the near-term gas is supplied with pipes, natural gas will be supplied when the pipelines to send gas from the west to the east has been completed
Telecommunication: telecommunication bureau Longtan Branch provide the communications service, LAN is available for each household with a capacity of 100MB/S
