Nanjing Longtan Logistic Base

Nanjing Longtan Port Bonded Logistics Center(Type B), situated on the farthest lower reaches of the Yangtze River along Nanjing, is close to newly built Longtan Port, the biggest container port of the Yangze River. As planned, the Bonded Logistics Center will cover 3 square kilometers,with an area of 0.86 square kilometers as the first-phase project and with an enclosed area of 0.76 square kilometers. An enclosed area with customs and commodity inspection will be built, hence possessing Domestic and foreign policy-oriented advantages. Preferential policies of the Bonded Logistics Center can satisfactorily deal with unreasonable links in the deep carry-over mechanism of processing trade at present and reduce the pressure of funds caused by the tax reimbursement of final export due to the accumulated carry-over of export tax reimbursement of foreign trade enterprise. Meanwhile, according to the principle of openness of the forefront and strict control over the second line, efforts will be made to speed up customs declaration while reducing the cost in the course of it. As an international platform for modern logistics enterprise, the Bonded Logistics Center will be marked by special policies of customs, tax collection and foreign exchange control as well as perfect infrastructures.

Container trans – shipment: Exported goods of enterprises at the Center can be packed into container for acquiring confirmation of transaction, determining the time for shipment and going through customs formalities. Imported bonded goods can directly enter the Center via the port trunk for the dismantlement and assembly for container.
Bonded storage of imported goods: imported bulk goods of enterprises can enjoy such value-added services as bonded storage, customs declaration and dismantlement of container, etc.
Appropriation and delivery of international logistics: imported bonded goods of enterprises at he Center can be processed in a simple way at the Center and enjoy such value-added services as transport, settlement and information processing of low-reach factories of sales distribution points provided by the Center.
International purchase: The center has an international purchase system established by the transnational purchase center, Enterprises at the Center can process exported goods and imported boned goods in a simple way and then distribute them to Chinese and foreign markets, while enjoying value-added services as cargo-shipment agency, assembly of containers, cabin – booking and settlement, etc.
Import and export trade: Enterprises at the Center can conduct import and export trade freely. The Center provides such financial services as credit, settlement and guarantee, etc. A system of transaction and settlement is established at the Center.
Simple processing and value – added service: Without changing the chemical nature of goods, enterprises at the Center can carry out such simple and auxiliary operations as sort – out, labeling, package – charge and assembly.
International exhibitions: Enterprise at the Center can conduct transaction of commodities in different categories and sample display while obtaining information on the price of supply and demands as well as information consultancy, etc.
